Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential. However, confidentiality may be broken if:

• The client poses a risk to themselves or others.

• There is disclosure of abuse, neglect, or harm to a child or vulnerable adult.

• A court of law requires disclosure.

• The therapist is required to discuss aspects of therapy in supervision (without revealing identifiable details).

Sessions and Fees

• Sessions last 50 minutes unless agreed otherwise.

• Fees are £50 per session, payable before or at the time of the session.

• Payments can be made via cash or card payment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments may be charged in full.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Contact Between Sessions

• Contact outside of sessions should be limited to scheduling or urgent matters via email.

• Therapeutic discussions will take place only during sessions.

Commitment and Endings

• Therapy is a collaborative process, and commitment to sessions is essential.

• If the client wishes to end therapy, a final session is recommended to ensure closure.

• The therapist reserves the right to end therapy if it is deemed no longer beneficial.
